shipping from china

hi, im just wondering whether shipping designer items from china such as lacoste shirts and so on, is legal to sell on ebay and also electricals from china. I guess they are fake as the price is low, could u tell me if they are fake as i know most electricals are originally made out there. Also i want to find some uk market traders, yet most of them ask for a fee of 200 pound to use there sites and im not sure of the safe sites or the best ones to use.please help
