HiI listed an item which ended over a month ago. I sent an invoice based on the address on the buyers ebay account being in Germany. After i sent the invoice i received an email telling me the parcel is to be sent to Newport City in Wales. I therefore informed the buyer the postage wouldn't be as much and told the buyer the new amount that needed to be paid. The buyer paid the higher amount into my Paypal account but the money just sat there pending for weeks. The buyer said that she forgot to enter the item number when making the payment and that the money was just hanging in Paypal. I asked her to cancel the payment so that i could send her a new invoice with the postage cost for Wales. She did this, paid for the parcel to go to Wales and when i asked her to confirm the address in Wales she simply replied - send the parcel to Germany please. Can anyone suggest how i sort this out? Thank you.
