Have today bought a mannequin and wig from German seller, before buying I enquired how much postage would be for the wig if bought with the mannequin, was told it would be free as they would pop it in with the mannequin, so bid and won the mannequin then bought the wig, requested total from seller, who has not altered the amount and still want another
