Hi, can anyone help me out?I have already been victim of the nigeria scam. The buyer is no longer registered and i am waiting for case to close because i opened the wrong case. Managed to get back final value fees via ebay live chat and have now relisted item.But YET AGAIN someone has brought the item on buy it now who is from USA. This is twice i have had international buyers when i stated in item description UK only delivery. I even changed my buyer requirements to block bidders from countries i dont ship to so how is this possible?Am i now going to have to go through all this again, wait 7 days and all that and try and get back final value fee? Just want to sell the item, i am a student and really need the money. First time seller and fed up to be honest!People are obviously taking advantage of me because i have 0% feedback as i am first time buyer. Very frustrated.would very very much appreciate some advice.
