Hi, I have recently sold something and shipped it to Greece, I have never had any problems abroad before, however the buyer states that they have not received their item, they have opened a dispute, I have checked with Royal Mail and they say I cannot do anything with them until 25days from disatch. Do I just wait until the 25 days and if buyer does not receive the item in that time do I just give a full refund ? I sent by airmail and initial indications do say 3-5 working days and it is well passed that now but still 1 week to go for the 25 days. Advice would be appreciated as I have never been in this situation before. Thanks
