Help getting a game from UK only seller-need a trading partner

I discovered a rare game for an old Commodore computer named Shockway Rider, the particular version i had in mind was the cassette version from FTL. the item sold had been put up by UK only seller eemstudios. the item number was 220466401898. this particular game being sold was complete with cover and plastic see through case, the problem was that the seller refused overseas bids even on behalf of a small payment from me for the one single packet delivery to ship after it would be if i was to sucessfully participate in the sale. i must admit he had every right to refuse, though this was the only find he had listed of my interest besides the bootleg version from Rack-It on disk which was provided by another seller.I'm now not sure where i am now to proceed with a way to obtain this kind of product for the game but however, i was hoping there might be someone in the UK who would have no trouble shipping internationally for what i needed to bid on. if it would be possible for an assistant or a trading partner who may live near the location of the seller listing the game i can work with in eBay and Mailbox messages to obtain from if he could purchase the game listed under the item number i gave above and could put it up in his listings where i can trade from with no problems for shipping overseas. Any effective solution would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
