Banktransfer

Hi everybody,I like to get things from Germany, but there is often that sad old saga about the banktransfers and over rated charges.Has anyone made experiences with "auctionchex"? Is auctionchex internationally recognized und accepted and safe like PayPal?Do I have to inform the seller that there will be an auctionchex transfer before I start bidding?Many thanks
