FAKE / COPY /IMITATION /REPLICA APPLE IPOD NANO'S Dont be fooled into buying one of the many fakes on ebay!
Read tips below so you dont get ripped off!
Fakes sold on eBay are very real looking, and if you have never seen a Real Genuine Apple iPodor know what to look for, you could buy onebecause of the low price, only to find out when comparing to a friends, trying to download iTunes or just because it doesnt work that you have a FAKE!
Maybe before buying you should have a good look at one in the shops or even a friends!
8gb Apple iPod NanoONLY comes in BLACK (although Red 8gb was a Special charity editionfor a limited time) any other colour 8gbis a fake.
2gbApple iPod Nano ONLY comes in SILVER,so when sold inBlue, Pink ,or Green they are NOT Genuine but are fake.
The docking/plug in cable connection is always wide as seen in the Official Apple Specs picture(above), anything smaller is a Fake iPod.
The logo printed on the Box differs very slightly (see pic below), on Fakes the Font/Lettering can be thicker, slightly wider or even printed on the card the wrong way up to genuine Apple products (seen in pic below)
2gb and 4gb Apple items do NOT have Radio or Video record/play function, so any listed as such are Fakes which are cheap copies.
The screen on some fakes is longer top-bottom than is on a genuine one which the screen is wider.
The last Giveaway is when a Software disc is included, when buying the Real Genuine Apple article a Disc is not needed
