I paid [paypal] for 2 pens from a seller based in China on 4th September. When they still had not arrived, I emailed him...no reply. Then they dissapeared from my 'won' it list because it's over a month. I got his details from my feedback info, emailed him again and he asked me to 'wait for another 10 days'. Its been over 4 weeks and I don't know honestly think they will turn up now. I don't think another 10 days will make any difference. I am concerned that there is a deadline in which I can ask for a refund and that I am rapidly approaching it. Can anyone advise? Can I ask him to refund my money?
