Nigerian Scam, what do i do next?

Hi,I had 2 listings on which were bought by the same buyer (2 mobile phones). They then mailed me to say they were having problems with PayPal and could I send a money request through Paypal. I sent an invoice and the request in PayPal to make sure. They then mailed to tell me they had paid the money and it would be held until I sent a tracking number for the parcel (to Nigeria incidentally!!). Obviously I have not sent the goods as I will not send anything till payed!! I have sent the email I received to spoof@paypal.co.uk, is there anything I can do to report the ebay user on here??Yours Hopefully The_Hamblins

I don't offer worldwide shipping on any of my listings, yet someone from Hong Kong has bought one of my items. I checked my listing incase I'd made a mistake but it only says dispatches to United Kingdom. How has an international buyer bought it? 4 week delay in post from China

I paid [paypal] for 2 pens from a seller based in China on 4th September. When they still had not arrived, I emailed him...no reply. Then they dissapeared from my 'won' it list because it's over a month. I got his details from my feedback info, emailed him again and he asked me to 'wait for another 10 days'. Its been over 4 weeks and I don't know honestly think they will turn up now. I don't think another 10 days will make any difference. I am concerned that there is a deadline in which I can ask for a refund and that I am rapidly approaching it. Can anyone advise? Can I ask him to refund my money?

Hi. I bought from an international seller who didn't put the correct address on the item. There are two lines lines missing from the address, so only the name of company and unit number are on it, as well as the city. No business park and no town. My address was correct on PayPal.
